Olivia Ferguson

Olivia Ferguson (she/her/hers) is a filmmaker and photographer from Minneapolis, MN. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and graduated with degrees in film and creative writing.

Olivia wanted to be a teacher from a very young age, and when she was in high school started developing a passion for film. She has worked with youth for the last 9 years, eventually combining her love for teaching and film while working at programs at the YMCA and Film North in Minneapolis. 

Outside of working with youth, she creates her own film projects. Olivia primarily works in documentary and narrative. Her films often focus on human connection, childhood, and family history.
