Heidi Eger

Heidi Eger (she/her) has been sharing her love of lefse and other cooking projects with folks since 2016. When she’s not in the kitchen, she is out in the pasture at Radicle Heart Farm with her flock of 100% grass-fed sheep working on habitat restoration projects. Or, she’s in the studio working on Skinnfell projects, the Nordic Folk art of sewing with woodblock-stamped sheepskins
