Learn everything you need to know to make delicious homemade potato lefse in this hands-on class! Instructor Heidi Eger will guide you through the entire process, from preparing the potatoes to rolling and cooking the finished lefse. Along the way, she’ll share her favorite tips and techniques, and teach her Great-Grandma’s treasured lefse recipe. Participants will have plenty of opportunities to practice rolling and cooking lefse, with snack breaks encouraged throughout the evening to enjoy this Nordic favorite!
