In this sound bath, we will honor the longest night and welcome the returning Sun to Earth. Experience the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls in this peaceful meditation. The frequencies and sounds produced by the bowls help reduce stress, release emotional tension, and promote deep relaxation. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and light blanket.
