73401- Falling Leaves: Cyanotype Prints

Use this simple antique photo process and sunlight to create leafy photograms. Combine leaves and other botanical specimen with your own drawing or handwritten messages, lace, stencils, and found images. Learn a simple toning process using green tea to create shades ranging from brilliant blues, rich purples, and soft browns. Optional: students can bring objects for photograms; flat and translucent are best i.e. leaves, feathers, lace, enlarged negatives, prints on transparency.
