73121- Small Bowl Carving 
Instructor: Erik Vevang

Learn to carve your own small wooden bowl using traditional green wood carving techniques. Students will use gouges, hook knives, axes, and carving tools to shape a bowl from a provided block of green wood while learning safe tool use, bowl design, and proper drying methods. We will take a break for lunch midway through the day. All tools are provided (though you may bring your own); just bring a ruler or tape measure, wear closed-toe shoes, and dress for a day of wood chips.
