72911 - Poetic Plates: The Art of Letting Go

This workshop uses oracle cards, guided prompts, and meditative writing to explore self-expression and emotional release. You’ll learn basic poetic techniques to shape an intuitive poem, then transfer your words onto a glass plate with permanent markers before a symbolic plate-smashing exercise to release fears and limitations.
