WriteNow! Annual High School Writers Contest
Award Ceremony & Reading

White Bear Lake, MN – The public is invited to attend an award ceremony & readings by the winners of WriteNow! Annual High School Writers Contest to be held on May 8th from 7-9PM at the White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) located in the White Bear Armory building, 2228-4th Street (corner of 4th & Cook Ave.), White Bear Lake.
The WBCA is proud to sponsor WriteNow! giving high school students the opportunity to express their voices creatively and to be recognized for their efforts. Students in grades 9-12 in the White Bear and Mahtomedi school districts (as well as other students who live in these geographic areas) were invited to enter original writing in the following categories: poetry, essay, short story
and one-act play.
