WBCA Art Classes Fall Catalog &
Online Listings Now Available

White Bear Lake, MN – Hot off the press and conveniently available online! Get your copy of The White Bear Center for the Arts (WBCA) fall catalog of community art classes or checkout www.whitebeararts.org to see a listing of youth and adult art classes online. Contact the WBCA at wbca@whitebeararts.org or 651-407-0597 for more information.

This fall the WBCA has an abundance of opportunities for you and your family to express themselves through art. Learn to really see how the world around you becomes more beautiful to your eyes with or without a camera in “Developing Your Artistic Vision.” Award winning poet and writing coach John Caddy will help you find the right words to describe and celebrate the beauty of nature in “Earth Gifts: Poems of Celebration.” If slammin’s more your style, join us for the WBCA’s very first “Poetry Slam.” Fall is the perfect time to learn a new fiber art to carry you through the quiet, winter nights so why not give “Swedish Hardanger” or “Hand Felting” a try? If movin' and groovin' is more your style, learn classic jazz dance techniques while moving to Broadway show tunes and classical jazz in “And All that Jazz.” Jump into a jewelry class with “Beads of Pure Silver” and sculpt a piece of PMC fine silver clay as easily as working with play dough. Our “Lampworking” class is hot, and you will learn to torch colorful glass rods into exquisite beads for jewelry!

From dance to jewelry, fiber to fire, and much more, the White Bear Center for the Arts promises to be a great place to find your marvelous ideas this fall. You’ll be glad you did-and so will we!
