ART CENTER SEEKS ENTRIES FOR NORTHERN LIGHTS EXHIBIT

For publication the weeks of January 17 and January 24, 2005.

The White Bear Center for the Arts is seeking entries (slides or photos) for its 32nd annual Northern Lights Juried Art Exhibition, the premier juried fine arts show in the region. The deadline for entries is 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 4, 2005. The exhibit, held in conjunction with Century College, is open to artists residing in Iowa, Minnesota, North and South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Recent original drawings, paintings, fiber, hand-pulled prints, photography, and sculpture are accepted. A panel of judges will select the works that will be displayed through the month of March at Century College. Awards will be presented at the opening reception for artists, friends, family and the public set for Friday, March 11, from 5:30-8:00 p.m. at Century College.
