EVERYONE WELCOME to celebrate and party!
This event is FREE to attend and open to the general public. Please join us as we thank YOU—the community, members, instructors, volunteers, and students.
ALL White Bear Center for the Arts MEMBERS are invited to participate in the 2008 Art Show. Applications will be mailed in October 2009. Please email the WBCA to be added to the mailing list.
o WBCA members may enter up to 3 pieces.
o Memberships must be in good standing as of December 1, 2009.
o There is no charge to exhibit, however artwork listed for sale should include 25% commission/donation for the WBCA.
o WBCA will handle all sales of Member’s Show artwork.
o All 2-D work must be framed. Artists must provide easels or table top easels for all 2-D work entered.
o 3-D work and mixed media is also accepted. Artists are invited to provide pedestals for 3-D work, however we will have tables for work that does not have a pedestal.
o Show labels will be provided by WBCA.
o All artwork must be picked up at close of show on Saturday, December 6th between 3:00-4:00 pm. A late fee of $30 will be accessed for any items not picked up by 4:00pm! (Sorry but we do not have storage on premises.)

The Art Sale is a non-juried event open to all members of the WBCA. All work is required to be hand-made by the seller. This event is FREE to attend and open to the general public.
Applications will be mailed in October 2009. Please email the WBCA to be added to the mailing list.
o $45 per table (5ft. round)
o All participating artists must be members in good standing of WBCA.
o Pre-registration is required. Registration forms are available online at www.whitebeararts.org or by calling the WBCA at 651-407-0597.
o Space is limited. Tables will be assigned according to date registration and payment is received.
o The Member’s Art Sale is a non-juried event, open to all members of the WBCA. All work is required to be hand-made, by the seller, (significantly altered articles are acceptable, such as tie-dye, hand-painted furniture, collage, beaded jewelry, etc.) No craft-type kits are allowed and will be asked to be removed.
o The WBCA will not charge a commission on works sold in the Member’s Art Sale.
o All participating artists are responsible for handling all their own sales and sales tax on such items. Please provide individual receipts, bags and/or packaging materials for your customers, as well as cash change.
o The WBCA will provide tables and chairs. All other display material (including table covering) is to be provided by artist.
o There will not be electricity available at tables. Lighting will be limited to overhead lights in the Armory.
o Set up is between 8:00-9:30am onSaturday morning, December 6th. All artists must be ready by 9:45am.! Late arrivals will not be allowed to start set-up after 9:30am.
