Land-Marker’s Life Drawing Open Studio
This open studio offers drawing with live models. Artists work at their own pace using their favorite medium. Sessions begin with a half dozen 2-minute poses followed by a series of 10-15 minute poses. Land-Markers is a nonprofit group that has been in operation for over 20 years.

Richard Graves
This workshop is for painters who need help pinning down the basics. Students learn one and two point perspective and a variety of drawing techniques that can be applied to painting. Bring a bag lunch, some cheap drawing paper (newsprint is fine), soft lead pencils, an eraser and enthusiasm. Richard Graves is a painter with a degree in architecture.

Drawing Basics

This class focuses on black and white media with teacher demonstrations and one-on-one instruction. Students have the chance to try a lot of different drawing techniques and find their own style. An all inclusive supply kit will be available for $15.
Drawing Basics: Introduction to pencils and erasers, developing hand/eye coordination, and shading techniques.
